Green Cambodia presents a novel approach to addressing waste management challenges through its user-friendly mobile application, which facilitates real-time citizen reporting. The platform encompasses four comprehensive features: Report, Find, Learn, and Marketplace, all designed to empower users in their engagement with waste management services.

• Reports: Users can efficiently report various waste management issues, including missed collections and illegal dumping. The application allows for the inclusion of photos and geotagged locations, ensuring precise documentation. Local waste management service providers are promptly notified, fostering timely resolutions.
• Find: The app serves as a resource for discovering contact information for waste management providers and their collection schedules. Users can access service routes and maps, as well as find and register for community clean-up events. Additionally, it promotes local green businesses by providing relevant information.
• Learn: Green Cambodia offers educational materials focused on sustainable solid waste management. Users can read and download safe waste disposal guides while accessing practical tips for reducing, recycling, and reusing waste. The platform also encourages creativity with ideas for home-made green solutions.
• Marketplace: The application includes a virtual marketplace that supports the buying and selling of reusables and recyclables. Users can create and share offers, engage in direct messaging with potential buyers or sellers, and easily navigate to offer locations using map views.

Currently available in Banteay Meanchey and Battambang, Green Cambodia is set to expand into additional provinces soon. By fostering locally-led community actions, this application aims to combat environmental degradation and contribute to the creation of a greener Cambodia.
